Monforts manufactures such finishing machinery as tentering, dyeing, heat treating, padding, and shrinking machines. The Montex 5000 TwinAir Plus tentering machine uses a chain track to increase the maximum stretching forces up to 700 newtons per minute. Integrated waste air ducts eliminate the need for secondary installation of waste air guides. The EXXOtherm indirect gas heating system separates fumes and combustion gases from the treatment air. Thermex continuous dyeing and heat treatment machines offer optional individual drives for the guide rolls. The Matex 5000 padding machine includes high speed cleaning and a patented CVC squeeze roll contour. The Toptex compressive shrinking machine has a modular design to reduce space requirements. Steaming cylinders, heating cylinders, and felt calenders mount on the Toptex unit.
