Then's Airflow AFT high temperature jet dyeing machines directly inject dyes, chemicals, and dyeing assistants dissolved in the treatment liquor into a finely sprayed and uniformly distributed air stream. The machines consume 50 percent less water than conventional jet and overflow machines based on the hydraulic principle. The elimination of dye liquor for fabric transport permits hot drainage that reduces processing times. Although loading quantities have minimal effect on liquor ratio, dye formulations are transferable and reproducible. rinsing via atomizing fresh water further shortens processing times.
