Fixing machines produced by the German company Kannegiesser Garment and Textile Technologies GmbH are presented. The important elements of the fixing machine are the heating, pressure and transport systems. Kannegiesser heating systems ensure a regular temperature and separately controllable heating zones make possible a fine adjustment of the fixing temperature. The modular construction of the CX series provides a choice of three pressure systems: standard, the Flexo pressure system and the double pressure system. The transport system has endless belts with very smooth surfaces to avoid marking sensitive fabrics. The MultiStar CX, CH 600 and CC 600 series are equipped with a Process Control Terminal to ensure safety in operation.
