Present state and foreseeable development of dyeing technology (Spanish)

The article analyses the theoretical bases and practical steps which have led to technological advances in the chemical technology of the dyeing process. The dyeing industry at the end of the twentieth century is bound by two key concepts: 'right first time' and 'rapid response'. In addition environmental considerations have become very important. In the light of these considerations the article discusses auxiliary products and surfactants, chromium dyes, reactive dyes, dispersed dyes, the kinetics and balance of dyeing and the reproduction of colour.
