The Gaston County Millenium Piece Dyeing Machine can handle a wide variety of products, with one customer dyeing 100% cotton, 100% polyester, poly/cotton, and cotton/spandex blends for the commodity and fashion markets. The machine has a low-lift profile and a high-traction lifter reel and fabric is easily loaded. Venturi design improves the dyeing process and Venturi changes are easy. The bath turns over for up to 1.4 turns/minute and fabric turnover time can be adjusted between 60 and 180 seconds. Computer control is achieved using the Gaston County Sentinel(TM) Controller based upon Siemens hardware and software. pH-controlled and salinity-controlled rinsing saves water and time and a Rapidrain(TM) system enables the machine to drain in under one minute.
