Fabric printing is one of the most popular and profitable types of fabric processing, as not only can it introduce novel effects, but can cover many incidental and acquired fabric defects. Developing from hand and wooden block prints, through screen printing, Rangol Roller to nickel roller the technology is adaptable to large or short print runs. Most recent developments include ink jet printing - 10 exhibitors at ITMA'99 - and transfer printing - 6 exhibitors at ITMA '99.
