Goller Textimaschinen GmbH's Goller-Multima jig dyeing machine features two stainless stell batch rolls driven by maintenance-free three phase AC motors. Two pressure sensors on the perforated guide roll above the liquor level control fabric tension. The combination jig liquor preparation system and liquor circulation system continuously monitors liquor concentration and temperature. New steam heated thermal panels ensure uniform heating. The frequency controlled Goller Unipulsa system increases liquor turbulence, achieving intensive fabric rinsing and optimal washing. The rinsing process removes partly dissolved chemicals, pollutants, and other foreign particles.
