Botto Poala's new dyeing plant features the TMB/CNN hank dyeing machine from Obem and Maibo, which requires no human handling of materials, except for hanging the hanks for final unloading from the dryer. With the installation of an automated color kitchen, Botto Poala will produce 1,000-1,200 kilograms of yarns per day, doubling its current output. It handless an average of 25 batches per day. Laboratory specialists perform 100 dyeing tests daily. A Minetti robot feeds the carousel from which the squeezed hanks are conveyed to the continuous dryer. Obem's API-O and API-V machines feature high producivity and efficiency. The CNM-4B automatic shuttle loads all skeins into the TMB-SV/TR machines, which have triangular rotating arms and a capacity of 10-300 kilograms.
