Brazzoli's sirio HT rope dyeing machines features a compact design that combines high capacity with flexibility. The machines handle up to four ropes of woven or knit fabric (150-200 kilograms each) at up to 600 meters per minute. Bath ratio ranges from 1:6 to 1:8 at 140 degrees centigrade and a pressure of 4.5 bars. Dyeing occurs in the lower tube, with complete immersion and automatic regulaton of fabric speed and bath level. The system is self cleaning and includes desizing, rinsing, and relaxing treatments in the return cycle to the loading tub prior to removal. Shortening the number of cycles and controling the bath ratios reduce operating costs. The Sirio HT machines are fully automated and programmable.
