The Agricultural Business Division and industrial Business Division of Indofil Chemicals Company consist of different strategic business units responsible for product development, pricing, disribution, and marketing. Indofil's plant near Mumbai, India, manufactures more than 90 chemical aids to processing for the leather, polyvinyl chloride, ink, paper, paint, coatings, adhesives, plastics, textile, and perochemicals industries. Products include resin binders, acrylic syntans, top coating chemicals, fat liquors, specialty pigments, fungicides, and wax emulsions for the leather industry; pigment printing binders and flocking binders for the nonwoven fabric industry; antistatic agents, softeners, and sizing agents for the textile industry; and acrylic polymer emulsion, copolymer emulsions, opacifiers, thickening agents, rheology modifiers, pigment dispersing agents, and cement modifiers for the coatings industry.
