The temperature dependence of fibre characteristics is important as from the standpoint of their nature conception, so from the point of view of the technology. High temperature processing is used for receiving necessary properties, for example: cord treads, textile finishing and fibre material drying. The detail analysis of changing the complex of properties and fibre structure parameters, especially the natural ones, is absent. The observed regularities of alteration of fibre properties are not always trivial. Data of flax fibre properties at various temperatures are given. To known them is indispensable for optimising drying processes.
