The Gaston County Millennium Piece Dyeing Machine can handle a wide variety of products, with one customer dyeing 100% cotton, 100% polyester, poly/cotton, and cotton/spandex blends for the commodity and fashion markets. The machine has a low-lift profile and a high-traction lifer reel and fabric is easily loaded. Venturi design improves the dyeing process and venturi changes are easy. The bath turns over for up to 1.4 turns/minute and fabric turnover time can be adjusted between 60 and 180 seconds. Computer control is achieved using the Gaston County Sentinel (TM) Controller based upon Siemens hard ware and software. pH-controlled and salinity-controlled rinsing save water and time and a Rapidrain (EM) system enables the machine to drain in under one minute.
