Ciba specialty Chemicals has extended its COLPOCA software (Color Position Calculation) to include exhaust and pad dyeing. As well as providing the recipe for the desired shade, COLPOCA is claimed to facilitate cost-effective reconditioning and re-use of residual past. The new version is designed for recipe formulation with previously defined dye combinations. The system indicates the required amounts of auxiliaries and chemicals needed to achieve the desired results.
