Technodye: New Definition in HT Rope Dyeing.

Argelich Termes Y. Cia's Technodye, a high temperature rope dyeing machine, has Teflon lined storage chambers with 150 kilogram or 225 kilogram capacities. Its single size fabric booster is removable for cleaning. Other features include a cylindrical inner transport reel designed to resist stretching and scuff marks, synchronized reel and fabric speed, speeds of 100-600 meters per minute, fabric plaiting across the width of the chamber, liquor ratios of 1:3 for manmade fibers and 1:4 for cellulosic fibers, and automatic cleaning with spray heads. Automatic filling and washing functions conserve water, and a programmable dosing system adds chemicals and dyes. The rapid system for Technodye dyeing machines increases productivity by 20-40 percent, depending on the dyeing process.
