A range of methods for dyeing polypropylene textiles as a commercial proposition is examined. This makes it possible to respond rapidly to changes in fashion and may make polypropylene textiles competitive on the fashion market. Before a breakthrough can be achieved on the market, the lightfastness of the textiles must be considerably improved.
