The Envirproof system from Petrie Group Ltd., UK, is designed to minimise effluent contamination in mothproofing carpet yarn hanks. It reduces manual handling of the chemical and uses automated liquor preparation and computer monitored application. The process liquor renovation system allows the liquor to be used for the processing of more than one yarn bath.
