Reemay is one of the world's largest manufacturers of nonwovens, including nonwovens for filters. Its new nonwoven filter, Qualiflo, has superior filtering action, particularly for microfine particulate matter. The fabric can be used plied or in other forms. Major uses are for automobiles and for the filtration of air and liquids. The filter demonstrates excellent particle retention. All Reemay filters are free from additives, fillers, and bonding agents, which results in more efficient flow during filtration. The polyester and polypropylene filters are chemically inert and therefore resistant to most acids, alkalies, salts, solvents, and oils.
