Flammability. Is it an issue?

The issue of nonwovens storage and flammability risk is considered, in the light of tests run by insurance companiew in the US which have resulted in more stringent conditions or higher premenums. The reliability of the tests conducted and their applicability to all nonwoven products have been called inot question by some in the industry. The arguments on both sides are exmined.
