Thibeau's CA6 carding machine is ideal for nonwoven fabric production processes. The CA6 is available in working widths of 2.5, 3.0, or 3.5 meters. The machine features a self adjusting volumetric feeder, statically and dynamically balanced rollers, a metal particle detection system, and torque limiters to protect against overloading. Safety precautions include an emergency brake on the large cylinder. The CA6 is available with the Dur electrical doffer or a cylinder doffer. The elctrical doffer offers maximum versatility and ease of use. The patented cylinder doffer permits accurate and rapid adjustment of the web doffing angle.
