Asselin's series of crosslapping machines includes the Profile, Wordlap, and Elite models. This new generation of crosslappers features precision laydown, high speeds, and computerized management of all production settings. The Profile allows for the adjustment of the weight profile of the output batt. The Wordlap features a very short web path that combines precise web formation with reliability. The Elite's new top carriage design allows the web path to be controlled by the aprons at all points. All three models handle fibers from 0.7-140 dtex in batt widths of up to 16.5 meters for papermakers felts.
