A fully-automatic winding machine for processing high-bulk webs 10-200 mm thick with fabric weights up to 100-2000 g/㎡ is announced. It is 4 m wide and winds at up to 20 m/min. The rolls can be compared up to a ratio of 5:1. Non-compacted rolls can be processed up to a diameter of 1200 mm. The loose end is struck down by an automatic adhesive tape system. The finished rollers are automatically ejected by the machine.
