Suggestions for producing a nonwoven fabric with the specifications that meet a set of particular needs are presented. Manufacturers must consider the physical, chemical, and aesthetic requirements of the fabric; the raw materials available; the processing equipment available; the prevailing processing conditions; and the impacts of finishing, packing, shipping, and storage. A list of physical, chemical, and aesthetic fabric properties is presented.
