Autefa automatic crosslapping machines feature a construction and control methods that increase operator safety, decrease maintenance requirements, increase flexibility and reproducability, minimize installation time, and increase production speeds. Their profile control improves product quality and reduces raw material waste. The company's Crossliner machine operates under the countermotion principal to achieve laydown speeds of up to 90 meters per minute. Card working widths range from 2.0-3.5 meters and layering widths range from 2.5-7 meters. The Topliner series uses the synchronous moving method to increase laydown speed to 150 meters per minute operating in conjunction with the integrated web accumulator. The company also manufactures crosslappers for the paper felt industry; cutting, perforating, and winding machines; and machines for automated nonwoven fabric manufacture.
