Sulzer Textil AG's G6300 rapier loom has a newly designed high performance drive and direct drive for the rapier tape that confer a powerful torque for rapid acceleration and deceleration. Electronic control of warp letoff and fabric takeup with advanced servo motor technology facilitates operations. These looms can be equipped with a quick style change module. The electronic equipment is based on advanced multiprocessor architecture with 32 bit technology. A CAN-bus ensures rapid internal and external data interchange. These looms can be quipped with all conventional tappet motions, dobbies, jacquard mechanisms, and color selectors for two, four, or eight weft colors or yarn types. Gripper clamp motion reduces yarn load to a minimum. These looms weave almost any yarn type dut to low stresses, including spun, filament, novelty, and industrial yarns. Working width ranges from 1,700-3,600 millimeters.
