A post operative compression garment to enhance fluid drainage from micro-incisions is breasts liposuction surgery has been developed. The garment consists of two components: the first component applies pressure on the breasts and the second, adjustable component applies compression pressure of a greater magnitude than the first which forces fluid from the micro-in-cisions. The first component is an elasticised body suit and the second is an elasticised that is positioned around the water.
