TEMAFA GmbH manufactures a variety of opening and blending machines to meet the needs of different web forming and bonding technologies. TEMAFA offers componenets independent (batch blending) and component dependent blending systems with weighing feeders. Batch blending ensures a homogeneous blend of fibers independent of the number of components, as well as flexibility and automation. The Mixaster automatic discharging system facilitates continuous operation. TEMAFA's Fine Opener single stage opening machine guarantees maximum fiber opening and feeding to the carding system. The component dependent Baltromix blending system flexibly processes batches with the same components but different proportional ratios and features computer controlled recipe mangement. Baltromix bale opening machines process fibers up to 130 millimeters long.
