The nonwoven defects inspections system utilizes high speed linescan camera and digital image processing technique to inspect the defects of nonwoven fabrics. The system can automatically record and recognize the image information of the defects. In this paper, we describe the layout of the on-line nonwoven defects inspection system and evaluate the inspecting efficiency of it.
