Airladi Nonwovens Now Available from BBA Plant in China.

BBA Nonwovens' new plant in the People's Republic of China manufactures hybrid and thermal bonded air laid fabrics in uniform and composite structures with and without superabsorbent materials. The 18,000 square meter plant manufactures fabrics for absorbent cores and acquisition or distribution layers for feminine hygiene products, adult incontinence products, diapers, absorbent food pads, industrial and hygienic wipes, medical textiles, and filters. The plant, which has an annual capacity of 16,000-20,000 metric tons, features an M&J Fibretech dry forming semiswing air laid manufacturing line, in-line gaging, a fully equipped laboratory, and a high speed slitting machine for pancake rolls with a minimum slit of 50 millimeters.
