The ColourBrain Non-Wovens Inspector system from Massen machine visions systems GmbH has been operating successfully at Libeltex, Belgium for some time. This colour-based system can operate on nonwoven webs down to 6g/㎡ and can be used both for final inspection and continuous process control. Data from the camera can be recorded in an ISO standard protocol.
