NSC Group's AirWeb nonwoven fabric manufacturing machine accommodates manmade staple fibers from 10-30 millimeters long. The machine provides precise control and high speeds to optimize productivity. A turbo controlled vertical chute with controlled centrifugal force provides uniform fiber orientation and optimizes the balance between cross direction and machine direction strength. The AirWeb-C includes a chute feed, Servo-X autoleveler, and CA11 carding machine. Whereas single fiber fluxes feed all other air laid nonwoven fabric manufacturing machines, a dual fiber flux system feeds the AirWeb-C.
