The Veit Finishmaster is the first apparel finishing station with fully automatic loading and unloading. It can finish apparel of all sizes, including bousons, parkas, short coats, and long jackets. Up to 800 garments can be finished in a normal 8 hour working shift. The garments are on hangers, which ae transferred to the loading system. The loading system places the garments over forms. The size of the form is automatically adjusted. A three dimensional sleeve gripping system positions the sleeve precisely, independent of its length and cut. After finishing, the unloading gripper takes the finished garments on the hangers and transfers them to the transportation system.
