Used white underwear, on which unsaturated compounds of sebum are accumulated, becomes yellow during storage. Experiments are carried out in order to find measures to control the yellowing. Fabrics to which squalene or triolein have been applied are used as models of white underwear containing absorbed sebum. Antioxidant, disoxidant and five types of organic acid are tested for their yellowing inhibiting properties.
