A review of new embroidery machines includes descriptions of products by Gunold && Stickma's, Melco, Toyota Apparel Equipment, EMNET, Geoffrey E. Macpherson, Pfaff, and Madeira Threads UK. Gunold && Stickma' GT216 is a one-head, six needle, computer controlled embroidery machine with a maximum production speed of 850 stitches per minute. The GT226 is a two-head, six needle machine with a maximum production speed of 800 stituches per minute. Melco's EPI1 is a small, single needle embroidery machine that is ideal for producing various alphabet styles. The EMC 10 has ten needles and an embroidery head capable of automatic color changes. Melco's Advantage 18 is a single needle machine that can work in 18 colors. Melco's EDS 111 design software displays, edits, and combines designs. Toyota offers the AD820-A, a six needle machine with a production speed of 1,000 stitches per minute and the capability of storing up to 99 different designs.
