A comparative analysis of methodologies used to extract pesticide residues from fabrics.

This study is concerned with methods used to quantify pesticide residues in protective clothing. As methodologies for quantitative analysis of pesticide residues vary according to individual research groups, there is a need for a standardized methodology. In this study, several pesticide extraction methodologies are reviewed and evaluated. The review is concerned only with the actual extraction and analysis of the pesticide and therefore mentions only those conditions necessary to reproducing the test method.
