The most enterprises have recognised that the utility of CAD-Technologies is very important to realise the product-innovation process. In this time it's difficult to imagine the realise of the innovation process without any help of the computer equipment yourself. The utility of CAD-systems is an important presupposition to realise the demand of quality in the textile and clothing industry too. Two-dimensional CAD-Systems exist in most companies of the garment industry realising the product development. These systems are not able to execute the CAD-data connection between all steps of the product-innovation process, especially between design (as the creative working part) and construction (create pattern). The use of 3D-CAD-systems can solve this problem.
