Injection molding and the production and making-up of films, nonwoven fabrics, fibers, and materials in sheet or tape form generate at least 10 percent in rejected materials. With the right treatment and without a great deal of handling, these thermoplastic wastes can be reprocessed into high quality products. Reprocessing requires eliminating organic substances, printing pigments, and other impurities in the regranulate prior to conversion. Erema supplies a sophisticated melt purification system.
