Six fibre and general construction material companies in Japan have embarked on joint work which aims at confirming the performance of concrete reinforced with aramid fibre. Teijin Ltd and Tokyu Construction are two of the companies working to produce the material which is seen as a next generation structural material to replace ferro-concrete.
