cotton states insurance co. combed the software market for a package that offers a complete integrated insurance agency automation system, one that will benefit both the agent and the home office. when they discovered that the product they needed simply did not exist, they decided to create their own. two years later they released 'partners', software designed to substantially reduce the costs incurred by both the agent and the home office. with the help of a vendor that specializes in customized software, they designed a sophisticated, unique software package that bends over backwards to be user friendly. the system has the potential to reduce paperwork by as much as 30percent , giving agents more time to do what they do best and what is most important to the company-sell profitable lines of insurance
