a model is developed to predict the thermomechanical behavior of composite materials based on ether-amide block copolymers (peba) as matrix and woven glass fiber reinforcement. from viscoelastic properties (storage modulus, e', and loss factor, tan delta ) of pure peba matrices, the characteristics of composites are calculated and compared with experimental data. differences between the model and experimental results are discussed in terms of limits of model and physical modifications of the peba matrix induced by the introduction or surface treatment of filler. in the case of a matrix in the rubbery state, the structure of the woven glass fiber is very important. the comparison between the model and experimental results illustrates the influence, for example, of a coupling agent (a1100) on the glass surface
