describes a local communication system for broadcasting news network. the system stores texts of messages and offers possibilities for the exchange of information between the connected participants. processors, archives, display units and printers are connected decentrally to the digital loop communications system silk, via internationally standardized interfaces. modular electronic components have been developed applying to the ccitt-recommendations for the interfaces. the components of the software are simple and clear, which allows an easy adaptation to new applications
