Pai Lung's PL-TDW1.5B circular knitting machine features swing cams; four track cylinder; two track dial for knit, tuck, miss, and blister at every section; and instant screw adjustment between interlock, rib-based, and eight lock fabrics. The machine knits Ponte de Roma, eight lock, double and single pique, welt ripple, reversible, twill, herringbone, crepe, double Lacost, and small area jacquard fabrics. The company's PL-FSDP knitting machine for fleece fabrics features electronic sinker selection for face side patterning. Its Model PL-TOMPCJ/AP manufactures plush fabrics for both apparel and automotive interior applications. It knits four color or two color jacquard fabrics over two feeds. The resultant multi-ply fabrics increase cost efficiency in automotive upholstery.
