We are responsible for ensuring impartiality in our testing, inspection, and product certification activities, and we do not allow commercial, financial, or other pressures to compromise impartiality.
We continually identify risks to impartiality and take measures to eliminate or minimize the risks identified.
We do not engage in any activities that could compromise the impartiality of our testing, inspection, and product certification activities.
We take measures to address all risks to impartiality arising from personnel, the organization, or the activities of the organization.
All personnel (internal or external) and committees that may influence testing, inspection, and product certification activities shall act impartially.
