Issuance of Test Report
Test reports will be delivered according to your requested method, including in-person pickup, postal mail, courier service, or email.
Test reports can also be viewed through the customer-only portal.
All test reports are available after payment has been completed.

For inquiries regarding test results, requests for retesting, or partial issuance of test reports, consultation is available either in person or via email.
