Application Procedure

    • Applications may be submitted in person, by courier, or online by bringing or sending the required documents and samples.
    • Once the application is completed,
      a confirmation email will be sent automatically.

    02 Fee Payment
    • Various payment methods are available, including cash, credit card, online bank transfer, and online card payment.

    03 Testing
    • By accessing the customer portal, you can check the testing progress and view various statistical data. [Go to Customer Portal]
  • Step 4
    04 Issuance of Test Report
    • Test reports will be delivered according to your requested method, including in-person pickup, postal mail, courier service, or email.
    • Test reports can also be viewed through the customer-only portal.
    • All test reports are available after payment has been completed.
  • Step 5
    05 Consultation
    • For inquiries regarding test results, requests for retesting, or partial issuance of test reports, consultation is available either in person or via email.
