Ethical Charter

All executives and employees of KOTITI Testing & Research Institute carry out their duties with fairness and transparency, and we hereby proclaim the following Ethical Charter and commit ourselves to implement it faithfully to fulfill our responsibility as a trusted testing, certification, and research institution, and to maintain the confidence of our clients.
  • We shall comply with all laws and regulations, and take the lead in fostering a clean and corruption-free organizational culture.
  • In carrying out our duties, we shall place the highest priority on fairness and integrity, and shall not permit any improper solicitations or special favors.
  • We shall strictly prohibit the giving or receiving of money or entertainment, and maintain a transparent and sound working environment.
  • We shall not make improper use of job-related information, and we shall use public property and budgets in a legitimate and responsible manner.
  • We shall not abuse our authority or pursue personal gain, and will thoroughly avoid any improper relationships with parties related to our duties.
  • Through dignified words and responsible actions, we shall enhance the Institute’s honor and external trust, and contribute to the public good.
  • We shall internalize the Code of Ethics and voluntarily practice it, and regularly receive training to advance a culture of integrity.
