KOTITI is a sanitary products testing and inspection agency designated
by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) for hygiene products.

We provide accredited testing in accordance with the Cleansing and Hygiene Products Control Act and related regulations,
supporting manufacturers and importers with product-safety management, quality control, and harmful-substance testing.

Target Products

Products classified as hygiene products under the Cleansing and Hygiene Products Control Act (e.g., cleansers, rinse aids, hygiene wipes, paper towels/toilet tissue/napkins, disposable cups–straws–cutlery, cotton swabs, diapers, etc.)
Items manufactured domestically or imported for sale in Korea

Test & Inspection Items

Self-quality inspection items by product category as prescribed by MFDS notices
Harmful-substance testing appropriate to each product (e.g., heavy metals, residual monomers/plasticizers, formaldehyde, preservatives, fluorescent brighteners, overall safety indicators)
Microbiological tests and hygiene/sanitation checks where applicable
