Occupational Health & Safety Management Policy

In order to become a global, comprehensive testing and research institute that builds trust and value through differentiated technology and innovative R&D, KOTITI Testing & Research Institute declares that occupational health and safety are our top priority in all management activities, and we are fully committed to carrying out the following action items to create a safe KOTITI.
  • We establish an occupational health and safety management system within the institute and continuously improve the working environment to prevent accidents and enhance quality of life.
  • We proactively identify potential hazards and risks inside and outside the institute, and prevent safety accidents through voluntary participation and open communication among employees.
  • We comply with all laws, regulations, and institute standards related to safety and health, promote continuous improvement of OHS, and establish a self-directed safety management system through education and training.
We disclose this policy to a wide range of stakeholders to ensure its effectiveness, and actively practice it with the participation of all employees.
