Through practical, hands-on training courses such as the Field Technical Workforce Retraining Program and the Product Environmental Regulation Compliance Specialist Program, KOTITI helps strengthen companies’ core capabilities. The Field Technical Workforce Retraining Program is a sub-project of the Ministry of Employment and Labor’s strategic workforce development initiative. Under this program, the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry serves as a joint training center, and KOTITI is designated as a partner organization, offering a wide range of training courses each year
National HRD Consortium (Field Technical Workforce Retraining) Program
This is one of Korea’s representative vocational competency development training programs. It supports companies that form human resource development consortia with multiple SMEs to expand training opportunities for SME employees, foster specialized talent in strategic industries such as new growth engines and convergence sectors, and establish industry-led regional training infrastructures. The program provides the necessary training infrastructure and funding required for joint training.

Overview
Customized Corporate Training is designed for companies that are unable to participate in the Field Technical Workforce Retraining Program offered at KOTITI, or for those that wish to select only the training subjects they need according to the nature of their business or department. In consultation with the training manager, companies can develop a curriculum tailored to their specific needs, including training hours and content. This approach not only ensures smooth business operations but also maximizes the effectiveness of the training.
Application Guidelines
How to Apply: Submit your application after consultation with the training manager.
Location: Choose between the KOTITI Testing & Research Institute’s main campus in Gwacheon (B1 Training Center) or the applicant company’s training room.
Fees: Fees vary depending on the training curriculum. (Additional travel expenses may apply for locations outside the Seoul metropolitan area; additional textbook fees may apply for groups of 20 or more participants.)
