Packaging Material & Structure Evaluation System

  • A system designed to encourage voluntary improvement of packaging material and structure by obligated producers through consumer purchase inducement and differentiated fees, aiming to facilitate the recycling of packaging materials.
  • Classification of “evaluation grades” according to the Ministry of Environment Notification No. 2025-2, Evaluation Standards for the Ease of Recycling of Packaging Materials.
