Quality Policy

KOTITI Testing & Research Institute, as a trusted comprehensive testing and certification body with accumulated expertise and technical capabilities, provides accurate, prompt, and highly reliable testing and certification services, while placing the utmost priority on delivering customer satisfaction. To this end, we establish the following Quality Policy, and all employees faithfully comply with it to put quality management into practice.
  • We comply with the requirements of the Quality Management System and promote continual improvement. We establish and operate a quality management system that complies with customer requirements, applicable laws and regulations,
    and international standards such as KS Q ISO/IEC 17025 and KS Q ISO/IEC 17020, and strive to continually improve its effectiveness.
  • We make every effort to establish and achieve our quality objectives. We set specific quality goals to improve the quality of services, and regularly review and manage these goals to maximize performance.
  • All employees and stakeholders share and implement the Quality Policy to ensure customer satisfaction. All employees get to be familiar with the Quality Policy and apply it in all aspects of their work, and share the policy with stakeholders,
    such as relevant partners, to work together to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • We regularly review and revise the Quality Policy to ensure its alignment with our business objectives. We regularly review the adequacy of the Quality Policy so that it suits the changing business environment and organizational objectives,
    and revise it when necessary to maintain its optimal state.
