At ATME-I 1996, Wardwell Braiding Machine Company introduced the Fast Track 566, its newest maypole textile braiding machine. Fast Track 566 features high speeds and large bobbin capacity for longer, uninterrupted runs. The carriers are supported by horn dogs and are conveyed by the precision track guides. All drive gears run in a sealed reservoir of oil. Fast Track 566 offers ease of operation, simple spring changes, automatic machine stop for yarn break or braid umbrella collapse, capstan or pinch roll takeup units, and optional sound reduction enclosures.
